Good quality
Your customer service is great! A call before shipping on an out of stock. And polite and friendly regarding the returns. Your size guide for women is inaccurate and a bit confusing. I provided my measurements & pants/skirt way to small. Example: For the SK19 Skirt - I used "true waist" measurement as the skirt sits there as opposed to the "chaps" waist. However, I wear a size 6 in almost everything and the returned items are more likely a size 4 or smaller. Thanks!
