Brown fanny pack with bottle holder
I love the bag and it holds a lot so I don't have to worry about anything falling out of pockets and don't have to dig thru saddlebags to find stuff. It needed a repair, which was accomplished a lot faster than I thought possible, and was still under warranty. But the cost of shipping it to them, plus the cost of shipping it back was almost as much as the original cost. Plus, the repair didn't match the bag so it sticks out like a sore thumb. So, I would have given it a 5 but downgraded slightly because of the mismatched repair.
