We are not responsible for customers credit limits. Be sure available

using our "ship-to" service, unless the ship to address is verifiably listed
on your credit card account, keep in mind some banks don't verify information.

email customers on any backorder delays.
11. Canceling of processed orders requires a service charge. No charge to cancel backorders that have not been processed and released to shipping. Backorders can be canceled at any time, we recommend to cancel via email for your records.
12. Free Shipping is a limited offer, subject to change, only available
in the continental US. Not available with other offers. Free Shipping
can only apply once to amounts that qualify where offered. Heavy parcels maximum free shipping credit is $14.95. Shipping charges will be deducted from any refunds requested.
14a. We cannot be responsible for delivery time, availability of stock,
or customer time restraints.
14b. All packages are insured for the first $100. Lost packages by carrier will be replaced or full merchandise credit/gift certificate will be issued. Requests for refund are only refundable up to the amount insured, handling charged may be applied to any refund. Additional insurance can be purchased at the time order is placed.
15. Express Air 2-4 day service is limited
in some areas and may not be guaranteed.
16. Any Merchandise Claims against errors or damage must be made within 7 days.

SHIPPING RATES ARE CALCULATED ONLINE
New rates start at $5.85 and includes a 0.95 servicing fee that entitles you to a one time free size exchange within 30 days (see 60 DAY EXCHANGE info below). If over $300 merchandise purchase you may be entitled to Free Shipping up to $14.95 credit. New rates may differ slightly from catalog rates due to actual UPS/USPS/FedExpublished rates. DAY REFUND
20. Retail mail order purchases only (non-discounted "Limited Sizes" merchandise) within 30 days of original purchase date.
21. RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) is required on any refunds and only
valid within time limits. Returns without proper RMA# are unauthorized
and will not be refundable and/or service charge applies. Used merchandise returns are considered unauthorized.
22. Please allow 10-14 days for a refund to appear on your bank statement, PayPal account,
or receive a check.
23. Shipping charges are not refundable. Any due shipping or service charges will be deducted from any refunds requested.
24. Discounts or coupons applied to orders will be deducted from any refunds requested.
60 DAY EXCHANGE - Retail Mail Order Purchases
25. Exchanges are preauthorized for return within time limits (see invoice and package
paperwork). If any balance is due it is assumed, unless instructed otherwise that the credit card used on the original purchase will be used to cover any balance to release the package.
26a. Exchanges can be made within 60 days for unused (tags attached), non-discontinued
("Limited Sizes", 30% or more off) merchandise. Shipping charges apply if not a size exchange within 30 days.

shipping for first time size exchanges only to continental US customers who paid full shipping charges. Discounts or coupons may be reversed upon processing any exchanges. Exchanges after 30 days require shipping charges.
27. Please allow 24-48 hours to process your exchange under normal non-holiday
conditions.
28. All merchandise is covered up to a 1 year warranty (see Warranties below).

30. No returns accepted for exchanges on lingerie, used, soiled, or altered items.
31. Except for refunds and exchanges as noted above, all other returns customer is responsible for any fees associated with address corrections, forwarding, address errors or special processing and any required fee will be applied to your account available.
32. Customer is responsible for all returning postage. Yet Jamin' Leather
does not charge S/H for company errors on exchanges only. We can not be held responsible for improper fit. Fit is never guaranteed
even if measurements are provided.
33. We reserve the right to reverse any credits or coupons used on returned
merchandise.

36. Unauthorized returns, even within 30 days will not be refunded and risk being refused,

51. Manufacturers defects only are covered under the Jamin' Leather free

bead work or metal attachments such as studs, emblems, etc. installed
to any leather item, yet the leather on the garment is warrantee'd for term
noted above.
53. 90 Day Warranty on all footwear, patch
leather goods, bonded leather items, motorbike accessories, and non-leather
merchandise

55. Jamin' Leather reserves the right to repair defective merchandise.
56. Jamin' Leather will not be held responsible for any loss of personal
affects or injury from use of products or from poor workmanship. Although
rare, we encourage customers to contact us immediately for warranty or
non-warranty repairs of defective and unsafe products.

our company and it's affiliates other than what is permitted or required

Western Union can be used for International or Domestic orders. Complete your order on our website and you will soon recieve a confirmation E-mail and separate E-mail instructions. The amount provided by our Shopping Cart system must match the amount of your Western Union payment.
Go to WesternUnion.com, locate your closest agent or complete the "To Send Money" form online. All amounts must be paid in US Dollars to 'JJ Keats'. An MTCN number is provided by Western Union which must be immediately emailed, provide by chat or called in along with the amount transferred for us to release your order. Please allow 48 hours to retrieve the funds and release your package.
International customers please allow 1-6 weeks to recieve your package after payment is recieved. Outgoing packages are insured up to $100 for replacement only. Tracking information can be ordered after 14 days, and any claims can only be ordered after 90 days.

most of the leather garments made for us as well as companies

American companies are made out of the country. We offer products
made in USA, as well as China, Mexico, Spain, Europe, Pakistan,
India, Canada, and Korea, to name a few. Although most LEATHER
garment manufacturing facilities are outside the US, many accessories
are made domestically, including our own production department.
