Good idea, poor execution
There is a small leather piece on top, and the bottom has a larger leather pad, and those parts work well enough, but the rest of it is made from some kind of thin polyester material. Since it's one size for all, the bottom pad doesn't necessarily completely line up with your boot bottom, and the other material is really slippery on metal, which makes shifting a lot less sure. Additionally, unless you manage to target the shifter dead on the small leather patch on top, you might as well not be wearing this.
