30 DAY FREE SIZE EXCHANGE
• Exchange received by UPS 2 day or Overnight service will be exchanged first. All other packages will be handled in the order they have been received. Please allow 24-48 hours to process your exchange. Holiday exchanges can take an additional 2-3 days.
• 30 day FREE size exchange means we pay for the freight on the domestic package back to you (one time only).
• 30 day FREE size exchange applies to 30 days from purchase, invoice 'A'.
• 30 day FREE size exchange is not available on any free shipping offers, 3 pc set purchases, or any wholesale/promotional discounted purchases.

RETURNS
• RA# is required on all returns
• Jamin' Leather can only accept returns on unused and unaltered merchandise unless under warranty (see below)

Prepaid Return Label is available to save you the inconvenience. If used, you can hand package to your postal carrier. A $1.50 per pound charge, minimum $5 (maximum 20 lb box) along with any other charges required will apply to your return or exchange request.

• Time limits apply to any issued RA#’s. Returns arriving late are not refundable and unauthorized.

365 Day Warranty on all other Jamin' Leather merchandise from date of purchase
• If Jamin' Leather fails to ship a Jamin’ Leather brand product as advertised, it is because our current inventory has sold out and delays of replacement brand products can take in excess of 90 days. Because of this we did not want to delay your order and substitute same merchandise from other manufacturers of acceptable quality (sometimes costing us more). In consideration Jamin' Leather will extend a credit of 10 percent of the purchase price toward future orders. No other concessions can be made. Jamin' Leather guarantees your satisfaction and will be glad to refund your purchase if requested upon return of the article within the refund period allotted.
• Jamin' Leather reserves the right to repair defective merchandise.

  • Visit USPS.COM and enter the country and weight Locate "Priority Mail International" amount and add $11.95 handling for your complete total Shipping & Handling cost (if UPS is desired see below).
  • Visit WesternUnion.com and locate your closest agent. Complete the "To Send Money" form. Give the agent the amount you require plus the transaction fee (estimated $15 to $50 depending on country and dollar amount).   • We cannot be responsible for any missing package if customer provides improper shipping information. International shipments are F.O.B. Myrtle Beach SC USA and tracking numbers will be provided upon request. Once delivery is shipped, the customer is responsible for the package once it is handed to a national carrier in Myrtle Beach SC USA. Packages are insured up to $200 for replacement only. Loss claims on lost packages can not be ordered until after 90 days on most international deliveries. Tracking can be ordered after 2 weeks.
